Bangkok, Thailand – December 17, 2025 – A4 ROBOTICS was proud to stand alongside industry leaders and global innovators at the "AI & Robotics Hackathon and Competitions @ Bangkok 2025," held at Cloud 11.

Invited as one of the leading Thai Robotics Startups, our team took the stage during the afternoon "Tech Talks" session to present solutions that are reshaping the future of smart cities and industrial operations.

A Morning of Global Inspiration: MIT Media Lab Immersion The event kicked off with a deep dive into the future of technology led by Professor Joe Paradiso and the MIT Media Lab team.

It was an inspiring session that set the tone for the day. Professor Paradiso and his team shared impressive research on "New Advances in Multisensory Intelligence" and "AI as a Cognitive Copilot," exploring how tools can make us smarter. Topics ranging from "Cyborg Design" for limb restoration to "FiberCircuits" offered a glimpse into a future where biology and technology seamlessly converge. This atmosphere of cutting-edge exploration provided the perfect backdrop for A4 ROBOTICS to demonstrate how we are applying similar advanced concepts to solve real-world industrial problems today.

Solving the Indoor Navigation Challenge Following the MIT immersion, Representing A4 ROBOTICS took the stage to present our breakthrough project: an Autonomous Inventory Inspection Drone designed to solve a critical pain point in large-scale logistics.

Standard commercial drones struggle indoors due to unreliable GPS signals caused by signal blockage and reflection from building structures. A4 ROBOTICS tackled this by developing a custom embedded computer and a biomimetic navigation system that mimics human biology:

  • "Eyes" (Visual Input): Dual cameras provide 3D depth perception.
  • "Inner Ear" (Vestibular Input): An IMU tracks direction and tilt.

Impact on Industry This "Flight with Sight" technology allows our drones to autonomously navigate warehouse aisles without GPS, performing tasks like license plate verification and 3D visual carton counting. By operating at night and delivering results by morning, we are helping logistics centers reduce dangerous work at heights for staff while ensuring accurate, traceable inventory data.

We are honored to have shared our vision at this prestigious event organized in collaboration with the MIT Media Lab and Bangkok Bank, and look forward to driving the Thai robotics industry forward.
